TIGER BURGERS
“Hamburgers Eddy Style” *******

3 lbs. Lean Hamburger Meat
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Balsamic Oil of Garlic
1/2 cup Green or white onion tops chopped fine
5 Tablespoons bread crumbs
3 eggs
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup olive oil

Blend meat and ingredients until very smooth.
Mold patties at least 2 inches thick.
When done they will be 1-1/2 inches thick
Cook on hot grill.
5 minutes for medium well or
8 minutes for well done.
